Author's new book give guidance

Soshanguve resident came out in large numbers on Saturday to support local author's book launch held at Block F's Falala community hall.

Thomas Mohamutji launched his second motivational book titled I never knew you. His first book is called Departure point and was published 2010. He said his new constructively approaches life’s challenges.

"This book has valuable practical solutions to everyday challenges like hate, jealousy, adultery and even attitude that not only faced by Christians but all human being."

 
Mohamutji said the title inspired by the fact a person cannot be known by just looking at their outside appearance. Various pastors from other churches has contributed to the production of the book.

According to the event organizer, Tshediso Lehari the reason behind the launch venue is to launch will inspired township writers to come forward.

"South Africa has less authors, that is why we want people especially the youth to see that books are not only written by whites, even black people can write too."

Rose Kekana from Ga-Rankuwa said she hopes that this book will be an encouragement to the younger generation to read further.

"The youth in Soshanguve are faced with a lot of challenges. The youth must read books like these because it will help understand the word of the Lord better this will empower them in the future."

A raffle was held and Mabatho Masipa won the new book.

“It is will be first ever book that I will own. I am planning to read it as soon as position. I am looking forward to enjoying it."

The book is available in all libraries and will still have to be distributed to all book shops
