GENERATIONS heart-throb Menzi Ngubane has been hospitalised in Johannesburg since Saturday and is said to be suffering from an undisclosed ailment.Ngubane, who has iconised the role of Sibusiso Dlomo - a powerful media mogul - in Generations, is according to other sources close to him suffering from a liver-related disease.
Generations producers and the SABC yesterday confirmed that Ngubane had fallen ill, but gave no further details about the nature of his ailment. They said he was in a stable condition.
"Menzi Ngubane, who plays Sibusiso (Ngamla) Dlomo in the daily drama Generations, has fallen ill and is under high care in hospital," a statement from the producers said.
