The Colombia striker re-affirmed his desire to stay at Porto next season after scoring his 38th goal of the season to seal a 1-0 victory over Braga in yesterday’s Europa League final.
The 25-year-old had broken Juergen Klinsmann’s record 15-goal haul in the competition during the semi-finals when he scored five gainst Villarreal and by heading in the winner he took his tally to 17. The striker has said he is happy at the Portuguese side, whom he joined in 2009 from Argentina’s River Plate.
