19-year old Neo Montsho, not only your “typically” morally grounded granny’s girl from Mabopane but she’s a very intellectual and creatively outspoken person.
When it comes putting words to ink, as proof to that, she passed all her matric in 2010 with very impressive marks above 70% in subjects such as English and Afrikaans. She’s now on the road of being an Investigative journalist as she’s currently studying Journalism in TUT.
Neo’s passion for writing originates mostly from reading books, especially Charlotte Bronte’s book Jane Eyre. It inspired her to such an extent that five years ago she started writing her own, “I haven’t finished it yet” she says.
Her advice, “if you really love it, then go for it. Wake up because you have a long way to go”
